    Due to current demand in the property investment market, we've recently expanded our joint venture efforts to take on two projects at a time. We can offer a range of packages from basic rental amenities through to high end finishes.

    Below is an example of property that is being prepared for rental. After our in depth inspection we assertained from the pattern of cracks in the wall that there must be blocked up alcoves and a partition wall separating the two rooms. An additional day to the project allowed us to uncover 4 alcoves in total. The additional time spent to make these areas good was negligable due to the rooms needing plastering anyway. When all was said and done, the alcoves and knock through made the property feel far more spacious and alongside increasing the properties value, they also added functionality & character.
